I'm a New Woman

Or at least I feel like one! I went to the ortho today and he gave me cortisone shots in both knees. So far pain free. I so hope this works for awhile. I have gained over twenty pounds in a year from being sedentary! I'm looking forward to being able to exercise again ! He told me my knees were some of the worst he's seen on a person my age! Couldn't believe I was working twelve hour shifts on my feet ! There is one other option if this doesn't work. Otherwise I will need knee replacements! Normally he wouldn't do them
On someone my age... But they are THAT bad!

I also got new glasses today. Trust me I fought the fact that I needed bifocals.. But man can I see! Man am I getting old, lol!

Taint I just cute....lol!

    That display looks so fresh and invites summer to come soon:) Isn't it fun to play? Wish I had more time for it. I did get a few wonderful peices from the antique store this week. I will be doing some playing over here too. Now, I just have to find the time. Somehow, life is getting busier and busier. Oh ya, it's the yard work hogging all the time now:) -Steph-

    Wow, I didn't think I was away from here that long...you got 3 posts sin while I was away.
    What a beautiful arrangement!

    I read on down to your other posts...and you had success using the Ipad...I've never worked on one either.
    I must say you have such a beautiful way of decorating - I love the mix you use. So fresh, but light and warm and homey.
