Thunderstorms and Muffins...

It's going to be a perfectly lazy day around here today.  We woke up to the sounds of thunder and rain.  I love a good thunderstorm.  So I lit all my candles, flipped on my tart warmers, and mixed up a batch of  Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins.  I normally wouldn't make anything pumpkin this time of the year.  But I figured the weather was fitting...so I did.  They must be good...because Kaden, who eats nothing..had three!  I thought I'd share the recipe.  It's very good...and easy too!

    If you are having storms today, they'll probably make it to my house tomorrow. Have fun in the Dells. We've only been once, but had a great time at Noah's Ark. ~Ann

    What a wondeful day!!! I love muffins, and anything with cream cheese in it and pumpkin too is even better. Who's to say pumpkin is only for the fall? I love it all year round. Thanks for the recipe. I am definatly going to try it this week. So happens I have pumpkin in my pantry and a whole thing of cream cheese in my fridge right now. What a good mommy you are. -Steph-
