I'm a bit excited...

And just hadn't shared.  I hadn't heard from the "lady with the house" so I called her today.  Apparently she's just been really busy and time got away from her.  Looks like we have a moving date of the first week in March!!!  Can you say excited!  I just had to share with all of you.
